It is very frustrating having to constantly click on different options and eventually being sent back to the beginning or told nobody is available. One way round that is to type the word agent or the word representative into the chat and you should be offered the immediate option to speak to a live advisor.

One way of getting round having to constantly select different options and being able to get through to a real person is to dial 0, then #. This works with around 90% of companies. Unfortunately, companies have set up structures to ensure their employees only do particular jobs, so you may be transferred by them to somebody else, but at least you would be able to speak to a human.
